By completing the below booking form, this will be viewed as a reservation for the time and date that works best for you to receive a phone call from Change Over Time Therapy (COTT). The brief consultation call will allow an exploration of the goals you are looking to achieve while in individual therapy. Please make sure that at the time of the scheduled phone call, you are in a place, both physically and mentally, that will support a discussion of your current needs, as well as limited past details. If you have any questions about clinical approaches and/or areas of experience, they will also be addressed openly during the free phone consultation.

If utilizing insurance, please see the list of currently accepted insurance providers prior to booking your consultation. For insurance providers that COTT is not currently in-network with, superbills can be provided for reimbursement purposes. The current self-pay rate for individual therapy is $150/hr.

In order to prevent and reduce the possibility of any distressing and/or overwhelming reactions becoming activated, areas and details explored during a phone consultation may be limited. These areas will be further explored within the safe and secure clinical setting of your first virtual therapy session following the consultation.
